Thank you very much for this video! Can you please help me to understanding how fallout works in AA? For example I have 5 steps: CategoryPage-ProductPage-ShoppingCartPage-CheckoutPage-ThankYouPage. And i have non-required step between ShoppingCartPage and CheckoutPage. This is RegistrationPage step (for example i have 60% orders without registration). Should i include this step in fallout and how this will affect the results?

Hi Max, you can do that either way. If you want to measure the conversion rate between specified steps, then add only them without the RegistrationPage.
If you include this page, then the result will be narrowed to those who went through the registration (those who skipped that page will be reported as dropped of on the next touchpoint).

      Example scenario:
      10 visitors came to ShoppingCartPage
      – 7 visitors proceeded to RegistrationPage and then to CheckoutPage
      – 3 visitors skipped the registration and proceeded to CheckoutPage
      All visitors reached ThankYouPage.

Fallout without the RegistrationPage will show 100% conversion rate between ShoppingCartPage and CheckoutPage; 100% conversion rate between ShoppingCartPage and ThankYouPage.

Fallout with the RegistrationPage will show 70% conversion rate between ShoppingCartPage and RegistrationPage , 0% drop off rate between RegistrationPage and CheckoutPage; 70% conversion rate between ShoppingCartPage and ThankYouPage.

Consider every Fallout Touchpoint a filter. Does it answer your question?
